complete metal working machine repair facility:
Crank shaft welding, bearing replacement, way
scraping, shaft straightening, frame welding and
brazing, and total machining, electrical control,
design and installation.  All welding and brazing
is done in house by St. Clair Machine Repairs'
professional welders.  Upgrade of your machine
to meet OSHA requirements.  Clutch and brake
conversions to upgrade and improve equipment
performance.  Speed upgrades, whenever safety
and long service life will not be jeopardized.

total disassembly of your equipment in your

Variable speed installations using the most
modern type of Eddy Current, D.C. Drives,
Variable frequency type devices and motors.  
Conversions to use many of the older press
frames and systems, to redesign the lubrication
systems, and on some to provide pressure oil
lines to all bearing points.
